Better Batter Flour

Hello, Dear Readers,

I have finally had the opportunity to experiment with Better Batter Flour. I really like the things I have made with it (pictures forthcoming).

One little note about it, though. If you convert a gluten recipe to gluten free using Better Batter, you may need to add water to get the correct consistency. I live in a humid area, and I have needed to add as much as whatever amount of liquid called for, plus another half of that amount. For instance, my pancakes call for 1 cup of milk. I have added another half cup of milk or water.

I can finally say with confidence: I LOVE BETTER BATTER!
